Exhibitor Guide

Where can I find the full Exhibitor Guide?

Our complete Exhibitor Guide covers everything you need to plan for the show. View the Exhibitor Guide.

Ordering

When should I place my order?

As early as possible. The advance order deadline is July 15th, and ordering before the deadline offers significant discounts over on-site pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards and ACH / wire transfers for larger orders. Payment is required before your order is processed.

Drayage and Shipping

What's the difference between drayage and shipping?

Shipping is what your freight carrier charges to transport your materials to the venue. Drayage is what the show's material handling contractor (us) charges to move your freight from the dock to your booth and back.

Do I get credited if my shipment weighs less than I estimated?

Yes. Actual billable weight is determined at the dock, and credits are applied to your account for any overestimate.

Can I bring my own materials in without paying drayage?

Move-in of materials into the exhibit halls or the meeting rooms are restricted to the west side of the ACC. No move-in is allowed through the Main Lobby area on the east side of the ACC. Hotel Bellman carts are also prohibited in the lobby.

Load-In and Load-Out

What happens if I don't label my outbound freight?

Unlabeled freight will not be picked up by our staff and may be treated as abandoned by the venue.

Storage

Can I access my empties during the show?

No. Cold storage (the boneyard) is not accessible during show hours. If you need access to materials during the show, order hot storage instead.

How much does hot storage cost?

Hot storage is billed per piece per day. Contact us for current pricing.

Labor and Utilities

Can I set up my booth myself?

Generally yes, for small pop-up and table-top displays. Larger builds, forklift work, and overhead rigging require union labor. Check with us about your specific venue before planning.
